If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it before the maximum time from the original invoice date based on the category listed below. All credit card returns are subject to a 4% refund fee. All full and partial refunds are in the form of a company check. Additional terms and conditions are as follows:
Stock Jewelry: Stock Jewelry sold from our inventory must be in original and unused condition. Items showing any signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than BRAG will not be accepted. No returns after 14 days from the original invoice date. After 14 days please see our buy back policy.
Stock Rings: Stock rings sold from our inventory must be in original and unused condition. Items showing any signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than BRAG will not be accepted. No returns after 7 days from the original invoice date. After 7 days please see our buy back policy.
Made-to-Order Rings and Jewelry: Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and subject to a minimum restocking fee of 30%. Please see our buy back policy.
Custom-Made Rings and Jewelry: Custom-made pieces are non-refundable and subject to a minimum restocking fee of 50%. Please see our buy back policy.
Diamonds or Gemstones from our Inventory: Larger diamonds and gemstones are fully refunded as long as it is in its original condition and returned with original grading report within 14 days from the original invoice date. After 14 days please see our buy back policy.
Diamonds or gemstones sourced and invoiced per customer request: Larger diamonds and gemstones sourced and invoiced per customer request must be in its original condition and returned with original grading report within 14 days from the original invoice date and will have a 25% restocking fee. After 14 days please see our buy back policy.
Buy-Back Policy: Used, altered, worn or non-refundable rings and jewelry can be bought back as recycled materials. Larger diamonds may be bought back between 30-90% of original sale price subject to market demand as long as it is in its original condition and returned with original grading report. Our buy back policy only applies to GIA/AGS graded diamonds not the engagement ring or other jewelry, those will be assessed and bought back accordingly. BRAG holds the right to refuse to buy back any items.
